After his Twitter account was suspended, gossip blogger Musa Khawula has been rumored to be finally in jail. Although his murder case is only resuming in court on October 19, tweeps are more convinced that his awkward silence implies his arrest.
Tweeps have attested that the Twitter streets are rather peaceful and drama-free following gossip blogger Musa Khawula being suspended. Khawula’s suspension came after he shared a leaked nude video of DJ Lulo Cafe of Metro FM last month.
The following day he was shortly suspended for breaking some of the Twitter rules. Even from then, things were not looking good for Musa Khawula, who had just returned from the Vredenburg Magistrate Court for the murder of Wandile Khambule.
“Ama supporters ka Musa…….Isgaxa senu si se Jele when are visiting him ? Or donate bail money for him” wrote Thulani Mathebula
Musa Khawula’s court case for the murder of Wandile Khambule is not until October, 19th. Following when his case was shortly adjourned at the Vredenburg Magistrate Court late last month.
For the past couple of months, gossip monger Musa Khawula has rocked the TL with the juiciest celebrity titbits and the deepest insider information.
In July, Khawula was the first to post a video of actor SK Khoza chowing his girlfriend. He also informed Mzansi that the South African Revenue Service had ransacked and auctioned Dr Malinga’s property to settle a tax debt.
On Wednesday last week, Twitter users woke up expecting the latest gossip from Musa Khawula and were shocked to find that his account had been suspended.
In the middle of the night, Khawula shared a very private video of deejay and radio presenter Lulo Cafe.
A while ago, someone in Lulo Cafe’s house decided to be naughty and filmed him in the bathroom with no clothes as he was drying himself.
Tweeps allege that it was this person who then sent the video to Musa Khawula, probably to settle a score with the deejay, as some are viewing it as revenge p0rn.
Twitter has a non-consensual nudity policy shunning posting or sharing of intimate photos or videos of someone that were produced or distributed without their consent.
If found in violation of the policy, Twitter can immediately and permanently suspend an account identified as the original poster of intimate media.
Lulo Cafe’s video can be seen as revenge porn, which refers to s3xually explicit images or videos of a person posted online without their consent in a form of revenge or harassment. It is a criminal offence in South Africa and can land one in jail.
Twitter users think the suspension serves Musa Khawula right for all the vile things he posts online.
